We’ll cover the cost of a consultation with a certified dermatologist. If our bar isn’t your perfect match, we’ll even recommend a brand we trust.

We will offer a custom solution.
When possible, we’ll use our knowledge to create a bespoke formulation just for your skin.

We will pay it forward.
We’ll send a complimentary bar to a friend on your behalf—because kindness multiplies.

We will repurpose responsibly.
You’re welcome to keep your bar, but if you prefer to return it, we’ll responsibly repurpose it.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping is on us. If you’d like to send Oshun back, we’ll cover the cost.

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available (as required by U.S. consumer law). Please allow up to 60 business days for processing.

  • Exclusions: Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
